I completed a six-month internship at CV IT Brain Indonesia, where I was involved in developing websites ranging from simple static pages to full e-commerce platforms. During this time, I also created Android applications with beginner to intermediate levels of complexity. The internship allowed me to deepen my understanding of programming algorithms and gain exposure to several programming languages, which helped strengthen my technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

My responsibilities included serving as a waiter, handling customer order packing, managing cashier duties, preparing ingredients for the kitchen, and assisting with kitchen operations. I worked as a Crew Store at Indomaret, where I was responsible for a wide range of daily store operations. My duties included assisting customers with product inquiries, operating the cashier and handling transactions, restocking and arranging products on shelves to maintain store presentation, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment. I also supported promotional activities and collaborated with team members to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

I worked as a WiFi Maintenance Technician at MyRepublic, where I was responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining internet connections for residential and business customers. My role included diagnosing network issues, repairing hardware and software-related problems, configuring routers and modems, and ensuring stable and high-speed connectivity. I also provided on-site technical support, guided customers in using network devices, and documented service reports to improve efficiency and service quality.

I worked as a Warehouse Staff at PT Baba Rafi International, where I was responsible for receiving, organizing, and managing inventory. My duties included checking and recording incoming and outgoing goods, preparing and packing orders for distribution, monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse. I also collaborated with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
